Coach Karrinyup

Today, I went to Karrinyup to buy a Easter present to myself , and I had the best experience ever! I was served by Rafa, Sales associate at Coach! She was amazing! She had a lot of patience! She explained to me every single design that was available in the store and helped me to find the best one for my needs! I left the store very happy with my purchase! I will definitely return!! Thank you so much Rafa you made my day!

The store was empty, yet the sales associate couldn't even greet me or acknowledge my existence. Instead, she just continued to stare me down and watch me around the store without saying anything making it a very uncomfortable experience. Came in Saturday 22 April in the afternoon. Extremely poor customer service, didn't receive any customer service in fact.

I purchased a bag on 12/01. The quality of the bag was fine but the customer service was VERY UNSATISFACTORY. There were two sales associates but I wasn’t greeted by any of them AT ALL from I entered the store until I asked for help. I stayed for at least 10 minutes (roughly). It wasn’t busy at that time. However, the people next to me were greeted TWICE yet they didn’t buy anything. When I requested a new bag, the sales associate acted like she didn’t care at all as well. I didn’t know her name as I didn’t see her name badge but I believe her name is Farah as shown on the receipt. May I suggest Coach to provide proper training on FAIR customer service to every single customer?! The experience was very disappointing and I would never return to this store ever again!
